Background

Dancing lion training & consultancy ltd was founded by Steve Shellabear and Ana Sánchez in February 1999.

In June of 2004 we incorporated AQUA Training & Consultancy thereby bringing the know-how and considerable experience of James Morgan to the team. James has an extensive call centre training background and is responsible for winning a National Training Award for one of his clients.

We are committed to providing the highest possible standards of quality in all aspects of our work. To support us in achieving this we adhere to the following principles and guidelines:

• We only take on an assignment where we can make a measurable difference to the achievement of your results.

• We monitor and manage our projects to ensure outcomes are achieved.
• We provide ‘shadow consultancy’ to our people to assist them in the field.
