Background

Dancing lion training & consultancy ltd was founded
by Steve Shellabear and Ana Sánchez in February 1999.
In June of 2004 we incorporated AQUA Training & Consultancy
thereby bringing the know-how and considerable experience of James
Morgan to the team. James has an extensive call centre training
background and is responsible for winning a National Training Award
for one of his clients.
We are committed to providing the highest possible standards of
quality in all aspects of our work. To support us in achieving this
we adhere to the following principles and guidelines:
- All our specialist consultants and trainers are personally vetted
prior to being employed by us and have been chosen for their values,
skills and personal track records.
- We only take on an assignment where we can make a measurable
difference to the achievement of your results.
- We ensure objectives, deliverables, expectations, deadlines
and responsibilities are clearly set prior to commencing an assignment.
- We monitor and manage our projects to ensure outcomes are achieved.
- We provide ‘shadow consultancy’ to our people to
assist them in the field.
- We treat all material and information provided to us in strict
confidence.
- We willingly comply with all statutory requirements for the
health and safety of our clients, staff and visitors.
