Dancing lion ltd is a small but growing consultancy. It was founded on the principle that the individual can and does make a difference to their clients, colleagues and themselves and the degree to which they realise this determines the difference they make.

Our work environment is informal and collaborative. Project teams are flexible in structure, determined by the needs of our client. Mostly our associates work from their own environments, when we are not on client site. However, we like to get together for impromptu meetings, meals and social occasions. Dress around the office is usually casual.

what we look for in an associate trainer/consultant

We set high standards in the delivery of our professional work. As an associate you will be expected to take a high level of responsibility for achieving measurable business objectives related to your area of specialisation. We look for analytical rigour combined with creativity and synthesis. We will expect you to be open about giving and receiving feedback, to be passionate about achieving excellent results for your clients and committed to your own personal and professional development.

what the work involves

Depending on your level of experience, opportunities can include:

Project management
Research and diagnosis of a client's needs.
Design and delivery of development/training programmes
Operations consultancy
Process design
Debriefing and reinforcement

All new associates usually work with a director or senior associate to understand our methodologies, prior to delivery.
