Design and implementation of a team building and development programme
for a group of managers within a fast growing organisation.
The client had grown over 110% year on year since its foundation
and wanted to maintain this growth whist at the same time develop
a more structured and formal set of management procedures.
Specifically this involved developing their skills in the following
areas:
- How to remain motivated in difficult circumstances
- Creating team-spirit through staying personally motivated
- Setting targets that motivate rather than create cynicism
- Dealing with negativity in yourself and others
- Dealing with conflict and stressful situations
- Communication as the key to a participative, improvement culture
- Developing effective man-management systems
Programme structure involved a total of five days 'group' training
work followed by one to one personal coaching sessions.
